By using OmniDex you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What OmniDex is

OmniDex shows Magic: The Gathering singles listed on the public websites of New Zealand and Australian game stores, and alerts you when a listing matches your watch. We don't sell cards. Purchases happen on the store's own website and are between you and the store.

Prices and stock

We check stores regularly, but prices, stock, condition and printing details can change or be wrong. Always confirm on the store's page before you buy. Prices from Australian stores are converted at a daily rate and are estimates. We aren't responsible for a store's listings, pricing, shipping or service.

Alerts

Alerts are best-effort. A card can sell before you see an alert, and notifications can be delayed or not delivered (for example if your browser blocks them). Don't rely on OmniDex for time-critical purchases.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in secure and use OmniDex for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Don't scrape, overload or misuse the service, or try to get around its limits.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Third-party content

Card names, images and set symbols are © Wizards of the Coast LLC; card data and images are provided by Scryfall. OmniDex isn't produced, endorsed, supported or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast. Store names and listings belong to their respective stores.

No warranty and liability

OmniDex is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including missed purchases or inaccurate listings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or the Australian Consumer Law where those can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll let you know before it applies. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
